WWOOFers
Usually you live with the family and are expected to join in and cooperate with the day to day activities. The exchange is based on 4-6 hours work - fair exchange for a full day’s food and accommodation.
Plan your journey and WWOOFing experience. Choose your destination (links on the
home page) and join the relevant WWOOF organization.
Before a host will accept you as their guest you must become a member of your WWOOF organization.
Hosts
If you have a farm and follow organic principles you may consider opening your home to WWOOFers who can help you with various projects you are busy with. Hosting WWOOFers can be hugely rewarding as you are enabling people to learn first hand organic growing techniques and showing an alternative way of life. Many WWOOFers are so inspired by the experience that they end setting up their own organic farms! So as a host you are improving communication and growth within the organic movement!
